i already ordered my japanese VC3 so i can dowload your patch legally when realesed.
Thanks for your hard work. I bought this game about a year ago and don’t speak Japanese very well, so the plot is all but lost on me. Can’t wait for the final product.
As a minor point of criticism, a few of the letters in your font rise too high, and it’s somewhat distracting. The ones I’m noticing immediately are the lowercase g, p, and y characters. You can fix this by moving those characters down one pixel, or the rest up one. In the event that you’re already using all of the vertical space in your font, I would recommend trimming the font a single pixel vertically so that the g, p, and y (and the j, by extension) can descend properly and aren’t poking up over the middle line.
I had a similar nitpick with Atlus’s recent PSP port of Persona 2, and made sure I mentioned it to them. You can see what I’m talking about here: http://agtp.romhack.net/temp/p2isnitpick.jpg

I just found out about this project from the Hardcore Gaming 101 forums and I am very impressed. I can count the number of PSP translation projects on one hand and none of them are for games as high profile as VC3. Thank you guys for being so enterprising and I hope that you can complete the project. God speed.

a bit correction, this is not actually localizing
localizing means Sega (or other game companies) bringing this game from JPN to the west
fan translation only translates, after the full translation is finished and you get it, patch it or others, look at the game region
if it states a not JPN game then either some hacker decided to do something, or there’s something wrong with the ISO
either way, i pray for this project’s success
