Word of advice, it’s probably in your best interests to keep quiet (outside of this blog, of course) until the release is ready, as it protects you from sega finding out and shutting you down. Once it hits the internet, though, it’ll be out there for good.

those STAT menu looking KANJI’s are almost like the same with phantasy star portable 2 infinity. and kanji is the only language i can’t read.. getting familiarized…. just a question/heads up..

i am 99% sure it will be a patcher-only, that’s what all fan translations do.

The screenshots are taken with the in-game screenshot function (select+start), which applies Sega’s copyright logo to every screenshot.
I see DLC characters. Does that mean you’re working with an official copy of the game on CFW?
well, i have an ISO game on CFW and i downloaded the DLCs and aplyed with a plug-in named NP loader, its very easy.
also, you have VC3 EX2, which brings a lot of DLCs in the game.
I have the Extra Edition (which honestly doesn’t include much of the DLC), and it doesn’t include the episodes that give you characters like Jann or Maximilian.
well, i do have both of them and i don’t have the original game.
but how i said, you can also download the DLCs in piratebay of wherever have it and use it on CFW with NPloader. that’s what i’ve done.

As all of you can see, menus and stuff like characters names are the meat and potatoes of getting around in the game in the strategic manner it wants you to. So please, be patient, and just hope for the best and cheer the team on.

I dont get it, you have people here that would buy this game wihout even flinching if Sega decided to bring it overseas with the Menus and In-Game Text translated but with the Japanese Speech intact, but they decide to not do it….Burning Money, thats what they do.

Question, what will be needed to use your Patch? An original Copy and the matching ISO of the game, sure, but what about an ISO Patcher? I remember back in the days i had a program to patch SNES Roms, Help would be appreciated
